Standard Refresher Driving Plan
This plan is for practical driving lessons in Japanese. Lessons are tailored to your experience and goals, helping you review Japanese traffic rules and driving habits through practice.
*Interview required upon entry. Admission may be refused if Japanese proficiency is insufficient for lessons
*Up to 5 sessions can be reserved at one time.
Enrollment Fee: ¥22,000 (tax included)
Per Session: ¥6,600 (tax included)

Refresher Driving English Plan
Lessons are taught by English-speaking instructors, so you can practice with confidence. The plan also includes access to the dedicated VIP lounge and reservation support from a concierge.
*Up to 5 sessions can be reserved at one time.

Refresher Driving Lessons FAQ

What are refresher driving lessons?
These lessons are for people who already have a driver’s license but want to practice again at a driving school, such as after a long break from driving. The lesson period is six months from the application date.

How do I sign up?
Thank you for your interest. Registration is required, so please visit the driving school in person. Please bring your driver’s license and lesson fee. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. After registration is complete, you can make lesson reservations.

What do the lessons cover, and how many sessions should I take?
You can choose the number of sessions based on your needs. The IT-VIP Plan starts from 5 sessions. You can reserve practical driving lessons for the number of sessions you have paid for. The first session is held on the school’s driving course. After that, you can choose on-site, on-road, or highway lessons. Many students take around 3 to 5 sessions.

I would like to try highway driving.
You can practice on an actual expressway. This is available for regular car AT lessons only. Please reserve two consecutive sessions before 5:00 PM. Expressway tolls are charged separately from the lesson fee.

I paid and made a reservation, but I no longer need the lessons. Can I cancel?
The free cancellation deadline varies depending on your plan.
Basic Plan: Free cancellation until the end of business hours on the day before your scheduled lesson.
English Plan: Free cancellation up to 1 hour before your scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline will incur a ¥2,000 cancellation fee per lesson. You can cancel your reservation by phone or through the Shaji-Poke app. Any unused practical driving lesson fees are refundable, provided your training validity period has not expired.
